Hotel Siyonat's Reservation Policy

I. To make a reservation, the following information is needed: II. RESERVATIONS: Small groups: (1 to 3 persons)

The reconfirmations and payments must be sent to the hotel attached with a preliminary passenger list with a minimum of 48hours of anticipation before the arrival of the group.

Large groups: (4 and more persons)

All reconfirmations and payments must be sent with a preliminary passenger list with a minimum of 5 days of anticipation before the arrival of the group to the hotel.

REFUNDS

All refunds will be issued in the form of credit; under no circumstance will refunds be issued in the form of cash. Credit refunds must be requested formally with a detailed reason and must be enclosed with a copy for the receipt. Credit will be valid for 72 hours after the request was confirmed.

Note:If an agency/company wishes to reclaim the invoice once the passenger has departed from the hotels, they must do so within the 20 subsequent days after having received said invoice. Otherwise, reclamation will not be received.

III. POLICY FOR CHILDREN:

Children of 10 years or younger will not be charged, whenever they share 01 double room with 02 adults. (Price does not include additional bed). Maximum one child per room, Breakfast included is allowed.

Double Occupancy

The Hotel applies a 30 USD charge per room per person for double occupancy. This shall be applicable for all persons above the age of 10.

Extension of the Accommodation

An extension of the guest's stay requires the consent of the accommodation provider.

CORPORATE Customers:

Corporate customers should state their company name while making reservation so that they can access the corporate rate set between the Hotel and their Company.

IV. CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS:
Cancellation
For a booking of 1 to 3 personsFor a booking of 4 and more persons
  • A client can cancel a booking of 1 to 3 persons without any charge if the cancellation is made in 24hours prior to guest arrival time. However if the cancellation is made within 24hours a one night no show will be charged for all rooms reserved.
For a booking of 4 and more persons the hotel applies the following cancellations policy;
  • If cancelled 30 days before arrival time the client will not be charged any amount for the cancellation.
  • If cancelled 15 days before arrival time the client will be charged 15% of the total booking amount.
  • If cancelled between 15 and 4 days before arrival the client will be charged 35% of the total booking amount.
  • If cancelled 3 days before arrival day the client will be charged 50% of the total booking.
  • If cancelled within 48hours before arrival the client will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

X. Pet Policy

The Hotel kindly informs customers that there is no designated place or amenity for pets in our hotel. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have put in your end.
